COMMISSION STATUS: open ( 3 slots )Note: I'm getting a bit busy with uni so commissions might take longer to complete!Please read Terms of Service and FAQs for more information on how my commissions work.Below rates are only for illustrations. Commercial purposes: Any usage of artwork that has monetization/income except for stream usage.Note: PNGTubers, emotes, overlays and any other streaming assets prices includes already the charge for commercial usage.

TERMS OF SERVICES

AGREEMENTBy reading and showing interest of commissioning me, you agree to the following:> Terms mentioned on this page> Properly communicate with the artist, which includes but not limited to providing feedback and acknowledgement of the updates and final output of the commissioned work.> That you have enough funds to complete the request. The artist accept requests from clients below the age of 18, as long as your guardian is aware of this purchase.> That the artist will not allow refunds and that the client will not issue for a PayPal dispute and/or chargeback.
PROCESSING / PAYMENTS> Slots are limited. You are granted the slot if and only if the artist has agreed to the request and has mentioned the tentative price ( price is tentative due to revision fees that may be added during revision part of the commission ) and confirmation of slot.> Clients are expected to pay 50% of the tentative price after the sketch has been approved by the client. The other 50% (+ revision fees, if applicable) shall be paid after the artist has sent the draft of the final work. The file of the commission request will be sent after the final payment, wherein the commission is considered done.> Payments can be sent to the artist’s PayPal or Gcash only. The artist's account information will be sent after confirmation of sketch.
WHEN WILL THE COMMISSION BE DONE?Commissions will be done on a first come - first serve basis. However, if the commission is needed by a specific date, please include it on your order message. The usual range for completing artworks is around 1-4 days but it is recommended to expect at least a week before the final output will be done. The artist is currently attending university along with other responsibilities so it is highly-appreciated if the client would be lenient about deadlines.
REVISIONSWhen are revisions free?First and foremost, the client is encouraged to provide feedback during the commission process to ensure satisfaction of client.During the process, minor revisions are free however, there is a certain threshold for the quantity of the minor revisions. As long as the artist asks for feedback, the client could still ask for minor revisions and point out mistakes.The artist will make sure to inform the client if their free revisions are almost up. Once the artist has informed the client that they have used all of their free revisions, further revisions will be charged. Major revisions and extra minor revisions have the same rate depending on type of commission.Major revisions can be any of the following but not limited to:> Change of clothes
> Change of animation
> Change of background
> Change of any major part of the character ( hair, arm positions, etc. )
FEEDBACKClient is expected to check for mistakes that may lower the quality of the artwork and provide feedback within 24 hours of the update to save time. It is highly-encouraged to provide detailed and final feedback.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USEClient> The client’s artwork is for personal use only. If artwork is to be used for commercial purposes, please discuss with the artist first, as this concerns additional charges due to the artist’s terms.> All artworks are under the artist’s jurisdiction. The client cannot reproduce/resell the artwork and/or claim it as their own.>The client is not allowed to modify or reuse the artwork.> The client may post the artwork but with proper crediting to the artist.Artist> The artist has the right to use the work for their portfolio, social media accounts, and promotion of commission.> The artist does not have the right to resell the commissioned artwork.> The artist may modify the model in any way when providing the updates for the client.
